For the past 3 years we have been engaged in a holistic process of developing homestays through Training, Standardisation and Support systems across the country.

1. Training involves sensitizing the homeowners towards the needs of travelers from different countries and their responsibilities.
2. Provision of standardised quality linen, guest supplies and cleaning materials including housekeeping tips.
3. Support systems like helpline for emergency

We currently:

1. Exist in 6 different states and 25 cities across India with more than 1000 rooms.
2. All our homes are short listed and selected on surveys based on a standard set internally by experts in the respective areas.
3. Our team of experts from respective fields related to hospitality and tourism give advise and consultancy to homeowners from time to time.
4. We also encourage eco-friendly and socially responsible practices amongst homeowners.

Our accommodation types:

• Homestay
  These Homestays have been picked up in some of the most posh localities of metros in India on one side and ethnic, green, close to nature, sometimes even rural areas on the other side. But what’s common to them all is the opportunity of staying with an Indian family, experiencing their indomitable spirit of hospitality, participating in the recreational activities of the area if you so desire, not to forget the authentic cuisines, and still having your own private space to reflect on it all!

  Homes Individual houses or apartments in strategic localities in Business centers of India have been prepared to give you that fine balance of privacy and care. These dwellings are equipped with all that’s there in a home with a full fledged functional kitchen, a drawing, dining, sit outs and balconies, a cook and a housekeeper along with the facilities of the hotel like internet, telephone, a spacious room with an attached bath to yourself.
• Selections : Royal, Exotic, Rural and Wilderness
  These are those special places to stay in India which have been selected on the basis of your uniqueness in character and location. They are all small, family run, experience based, eco-friendly and socially responsible boutique hotels and cottages.
  
  Royal Selections:
  As the name suggests, these give you a chance to relive the magic of royalty through havelis, palaces and forts that were one occupied by the erstwhile kings and rulers of the region. Colours, grandeur and hospitality to spoil you just the way the Kings and Queens once were!
  
  Exotic Selections:
  An independent cottage on the foothills of Himalayas, a farm in and still away from the hustle and bustle of Delhi, or a houseboat on the backwaters of Kerela, anything that gives you a unique and special ‘regional’ experience to make your stay ‘out of the ordinary’ is what we would call Exotic.
  
  Rural Selections:
  If you have had too must of city travel and are looking for a laidback vacation, rural stays are ideal. Usually situated ‘far from the maddening crowd’, at a scenic location either in or near a village to give you a peek into the relaxed and happy rural life, without, at the same time, compromising on the comforts of your daily life that you are used to . The stays are equipped with all necessities, amenities and in some cases even luxuries.
  
  Wilderness Selections:
  With its inexhaustible bounty of woods, forests and wild life areas, our stays in and around such areas always enjoy high popularity. They may or maynot be near a wild life national park, but they all have an easy access to the woods so you can at least hear the chirping of the birds or even spot a rare one if you just connect a little to the music of nature.

We practice Responsible Tourism:

1. Eco Friendly practices such as solar heating systems, garbage management through worm-i-culture for biodegradable products and recycling of non-biodegradable products by way of sale to scrap vendors, decreased use of plastics, rain harvesting, power savor lights, recycled paper for stationary, ayurvedic products for guest supplies and more.
2. Social practices such as creating employment for the locals as cooks, waiters, gardeners, cleaners etc.; Support to local artisans and craftsmen by giving them due exposure by providing space for their art’s display or sale of their creations; Giving employment to local youth by using their rickshaws, bullock carts, camels, horses, jeeps etc; Eventually creating a model village (or part of a village) in their region that is clean, sanitized, hygienic and self sustained, without disturbing its ethnic character for visits for the tourists.
