hours ahead of GMT) 15 days prior to arrival but BEFORE 7 days prior to
departure will be refunded subject to a 25 % penalty.
• Cancellations or changes made after 12:00 AM Indian Standard Time ( 5 ½
hours ahead of GMT) 7 days prior to arrival but BEFORE 3 days prior to
departure will be refunded subject to a 66 % penalty.
• Cancellations or changes made after 12:00 AM Indian Standard Time ( 5 ½
hours ahead of GMT) 3 days prior to arrival would be subject to a 100%
penalty.
Canceling your stay: Cancellations or any changes to your stay can be made

Taxation
Comfort Homestay collects taxes applicable on your travel services for
example luxury tax, service tax etc on behalf of the home owners / hotels.
However these taxes are subject to regulation by the Government of India and
differs from state to state. Any difference in price arising out of any
change in the taxation system and policies would be payable by you as per
actuals in case the change is effected before the end of the travel services
